QuoteFox — Privacy Policy

QuoteFox ("the app") helps Shopify merchants receive quote requests, send quotes, and convert accepted quotes into draft orders with net payment terms. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.

Data we collect

• Shop data: your shop domain and an API access token, stored to operate the app while it is installed.
• Quote data: information buyers submit through the quote form (name, email, company, phone, requested items, notes) and the prices you set. This is stored only to provide the quoting workflow and is shared with no third parties.
• Settings: your notification email, quote validity, reminder and net terms preferences.

How data is used

Buyer contact details are used solely to send the quote, reminder, and acceptance emails for that quote and to create the corresponding draft order in your own shop. We do not sell or share data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Data deletion

Mandatory GDPR webhooks are implemented: on a customer redaction request, the customer's quote data is redacted; when a shop requests erasure or uninstalls, all quotes and settings for that shop are deleted.
